3- Please note our Standard Terms and Conditions.
4- By accepting this quotation, whether in writing or by making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to Civilab (Pty) Ltd.’s Terms and Conditions, including the limitation of liability clause.
5- Civilab (Pty) Ltd professional liability is limited to twice the professional fees earned on the project, excluding reimbursables.
6- Civilab (Pty) Ltd professional indemnity, is limited to three (3) years from the date that the final Civilab test report is issued.
7- Interest on overdue amounts will be charged at the company’s bankers’ prevailing prime overdraft rate, compounded monthly in advance, as per our Terms and Conditions.
8- Also attached is our COO letter, this states that payment must be made before we come to site.
9- It is crucial that you use your quotation reference number when making the payment.
