Civilab is one of the most technically advanced civil engineering laboratories in South Africa.
The laboratory was established in 1969 and has been performing site investigations and laboratory testing for the entire spectrum of civil engineering projects throughout the southern region of Africa, and even further afield.

Operations

Civilab’s operates in Booysens Reserve, Johannesburg and Rustenburg.

Booysens Reserve is SANAS accredited testing laboratories in accordance with the ISO 17025 procedures, which include structured proficiency testing programs and frequent internal and external assessments, ensuring consistent reliable laboratory results

Our fully automated operations and customized Laboratory Management System ensures consistent reliable laboratory results and efficient services tailored to meet client needs.

• Soilco, a KwaZulu-Natal based SANAS accredited Civil Engineering Testing Laboratory with Head office in Pinetown and branches in Pietermaritzburg and Vryheid.
• Labco Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd, a SANAS accredited Civil Engineering Testing Laboratory in Port Elizabeth, East London and Cape Town.
